Appointment Information

We send email reminders of your appointments. However, successful delivery of these depends on external providers (e.g., email operators). Therefore, you should not rely solely on these reminders and are responsible for noting down the date and time when your appointment is confirmed.

If you have an appointment with the dentist and hygienist on the same day, you will be sent an email for each appointment. Please ensure you check both emails for your appointment timings.

If you are unable attend you appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before the appointment time. You can phone on 01784 452186 or email reception@staneslodge.co.uk.

Non-attendance

Late cancellations and non-attendance result in lost time that could have been used to treat other patients. If you miss your appointment without giving us at least 24 hours' notice, we will regard this as a 'missed appointment'

NHS appointments:
For new patients – a missed appointment means we reserve the right not to offer you another one.
For existing patients – 2 missed appointments means we reserve the right not to offer you another one.

Private appointments:
A missed appointment means we reserve the right to charge you a missed appointment fee.

Denplan appointments:
A missed appointment means we reserve the right to charge you a missed appointment fee, or you will need to wait until your next scheduled appointment under the plan.
