• Denplan, if you are a Denplan patient

We always share the minimum necessary information and ensure it is done securely.

We keep records for at least 11 years or until you turn 25, whichever is longer.

You have the right to:

• Ask us to correct any mistakes
• Object to how we use your data
• Ask for your information to be deleted (in some cases)
