Abuse includes (but is not limited to) violence, abuse, harassment, discrimination, shouting, swearing or offensive language from patients, their relatives, or members of the public.
We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of abuse.
Any abuse will be dealt with in line with our policy: potentially by a report to the police, and/or you no longer being offered treatment at the practice.
